6. International Data Transfers

Firebase/Google Cloud processes order data outside the EU/EEA (e.g., in the USA) as necessary for technical operation. We ensure that such transfers comply with GDPR, including through the use of the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which ensure an adequate level of protection. Website analytics (Umami Analytics) is self-hosted in the EU and no analytics data is transferred outside the EU.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as we are legally required to do so. **Order data:** Order and payment information is retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. **Website analytics:** Aggregated, anonymized data is stored indefinitely on our self-hosted Umami Analytics server in the EU. No personal data is collected. **Essential cookies:** Session and cart cookies are deleted when you close your browser or when they expire.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes access control, encryption, and secure data storage.
